Game of Thrones Launch on Blinkbox Event

Joe Dempsie and Maisie Williams attended the Game Of Thrones, which is only available on blinkbox, July 18. The event took place at the Tower Of London in London. I’ve added new pictures of Maisie at this new event. Many thanks to Lora for the HQ pictures!

She has a less than glamorous wardrobe in BAFTA-winning TV show, Game Of Thrones.
But Maisie Williams, who plays the stoic Arya Stark in the popular series, looked worlds away from her alter-ego as she posed alongside co-star Joe Dempsie at a party to celebrate Games Of Thrones season three coming to blinkbox in London on Thursday night.
Despite being the tender age of 16, British actress Maisie looked every inch a seasoned professional dressed in a simple Juicy Couture knee-length black prom dress dress and polka dot bow shoes.

She curled her short brown hair into sophisticated waves and kept her make-up and jewellery simple but wore a bright blue nail varnish.
Her co-star Joe, opted for a smart/casual look in a black buttoned top, slate grey suit trousers and weathered brown brogues.
As part of the festivities the epic HBO series blinkbox has even installed a giant dragon skull on Dorset beach, which stunned and inspired locals.
The imposing feature was inspired by a memorable scene in the show which sees Arya Stark discover a dragon skull in the dungeons of King’s Landing.

At this point in George RR Martin’s fantasy the dragons are supposedly long dead, but the scene provided the evidence that they may return, and features heavily in the upcoming third season.

The launch of Season 3 of Game of Thrones on the Tesco-owned blinkbox has given the entertainment download service a 632 per cent increase in sales revenue compared to the same day in 2012.

blinkbox has secured the third installment of the HBO fantasy series in HD ahead of its DVD and Blu-ray release in February 2014.
It is not available on rival services Lovefilm Instant, Netflix and iTunes, though can be found on Sky Go.
Game Of Thrones are the big nominees at this year’s Emmy Award, having totted up 16 nominations, including Best Drama Series.
