It was the news that had science fiction and fantasy fans watering at the mouth – now exclusive footage has been captured of Game of Thrones actress Maisie Williams on the set of Doctor Who in South Wales.
It was announced earlier this year that the British based actress, who plays Arya Stark in Game of Thrones would film a part for the BBC production.
Now footage has emerged of her filming alongside Peter Capaldi’s Doctor at Castell Coch in Fforest Fawr.

It appears Maisie hasn’t given up her tough girl attitude in the guest starring role where she appears to be a bandit robbing a stagecoach which just happens to hold, you guessed it, the Doctor.
Maisie was announced as a guest star in March and said: “I’m so excited to be working on Doctor Who as it’s such a big and important part of British Culture.
“I can’t wait to meet the cast and crew and start filming, especially as we’ll be shooting not too far from my home town.”
